About the Role'
ThePEDI.org is seeking an organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs that advance our mission of promoting excellence in product design and innovation. In this role, you will work closely with program leaders and external stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives run smoothly, are delivered on time, and meet their intended impact.
As Program Coordinator, you will be at the heart of The PEDI’s efforts, helping to manage logistics, track progress, and foster collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning and execution of programs, events, and initiatives.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, program participants, and external partners.
Organize and maintain program documentation, including schedules, reports, and feedback.
Assist in developing program materials such as presentations, guides, and evaluation forms.
Monitor program budgets and prepare expense reports as needed.
Support event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and participant communications.
Gather and analyze feedback to inform future program improvements.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
Experience in the design, innovation, or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
